The following question was asked in an ESN-related community on Workplace by Facebook in September 2019:
[ … ] is there an internal communications Framework that your Org follows? Can you please share it with me. I am new to IC and trying to put together a Communications Framework for my Org. For now, I have developed the kinds of communication and the timelines. However, I am not able to crack the Framework. It would be of great help if I can get a few pointers. Thank you.
I decided to do a Google and see if I could find some immediate resources that would be of interest to me also. I responded to the questioner as follows:
I am not an internal comms specialist (but I am a communicator!). I Google-ed and rapidly came up with "The IC Space, the place for Internal Communication professionals across (UK) government."
The content in a set of pdfs:

The content in a web site:

Looks worth a read and applying to me.

Some amazing pointers in this document. Worth checking out.
Finally got around to writing up “The Basecamp Guide to Internal Communication”. This covers how we think about it, how we do it, our basic philosophy, and day-to-day practices. I’m sure it’s missing things, so let me know what isn’t clear. Read here: https://t.co/oDcuXwtBYf
