- Opening Thoughts:
- Putting ourselves in positions to be used by God is key to leaving a legacy. It’s in those situations that we experience God doing the “heavy-lifting.” Paul reminded the followers of Christ in Achaia about generosity. He’s asking them for a gift to help the poor believers in Judea. Paul shares the implications of generosity and how God can do incredible things as we give.
- Bible Reading: 2 Corinthians 9
- Reflection:
- What are the effects of generosity according to this passage?
- Why does God make you “rich enough”? (vs. 11)
- What does God-honoring generosity look like in this season of your life?
- Ask God for discernment and thank him for doing incredible things through you.
