50 Facts About Me - My Capabilities (as at 16 February 2020)

Writing this on 16 February 2020, I am in Week 6 of my 6th WOL Circle. The main exercise this week is “50 Facts About Me”. In my 2nd circle back in Q4 2017, I did this exercise and my 50 then are still valid now per this blog post.

In my current circle I decided to do a variant of this and I have listed 50-ish of my capabilities. This was a review, a merger and collation of multiple lists of capabilities etc that I produced as I read and applied Liz Ryan’s Reinvention Roadmap in Q4 2018. The list is the result of a single pass of consolidating those lists. As it happens, I got to a list of 64 and I decided not to rationalise the list down to 50.

The other reason for doing this variant of the exercise is that it relates to my goal in the circle as I review my life and career for my next steps.

As always I am happy to take any comments, questions and feedback on this list.
