Part of my 5th Working Out Loud circle experience in Q1 2019 was to work on a goal relating to virtual teams.
One of the resources I stumbled over in the final week of that circle was the video "Scenarios-based guidance to overcome user adoption hurdles for Office 365 and SharePoint - THR2136" (https://youtu.be/oMsAEdhx3y0) by Susan Hanley (https://twitter.com/susanhanley) via EDX course "Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist" (https://www.edx.org/course/microsoft-service-adoption-specialist).
In the video, Susan referenced a Microsoft resource “The Collaboration Contract: Engaging Your Team for Optimum Results” (http://collaborationcontract.info) and within that Sway document, see "What should be in your "collaboration contract"?” and "How to make a collaboration contract work for you". Both these sections are very helpful and practical. This is exactly the kind of info that we all take for granted as our own ways of working but rarely, if ever, formally agree how we are going to work as a team with the tech.
For the specific part of the video on this, see https://loopvideos.com/oMsAEdhx3y0?from=771&to=966.
Since publishing the above I have now found Stan Garfield’s curated resource “Susan Hanley: Profiles in Knowledge”: https://medium.com/@stangarfield/susan-hanley-profiles-in-knowledge-729ceade9205.
