- You are advising a sceptical CEO of an organisation on how best to procure an ESN.
- The majority of day job work in the organisation is delivered via complex projects involving the organisation, its customers and its suppliers.
- You are not part of, nor tied to, an ESN supplier/vendor.
- During this Twitter Chat you are not allowed to name any vendors/suppliers.
- The intention is that the Twitter Chat outputs will be a primer on how to buy an ESN.
