Posted the following on a discussion board whilst doing FutureLearn’s Crime, Justice and Society (FLcrime).
This case brought back to mind, via injustice and not an exactly similar case, in vivid detail the BBC drama "Common" by Jimmy McGovern about the joint enterprise law. Whilst looking for a clip to post, I found a BBC Panorama current affairs programme episode on this law.
