I often recommend Euan Semple (formerly Head of Knowledge Management at the BBC), his book "Organizations Don't Tweet, People Do: A Manager's Guide to the Social Web" and his "Do Lecture" to all sorts of people in all sorts of contexts. Each time I encounter Euan's content, I find myself challenged, inspired and motivated to lead the charge inside and outside the workplace (and all other contexts) to take advantage of all the possibilities of the Web.
Euan speaks to all of us wherever we are on the spectrum from those of us who are raging zealots for all things web to those of us who just think that the social web and sites like Facebook and Twitter are a complete waste of time.
